GDPR Rights
Your data protection rights at Dialoom
Last updated: October 17, 2025
1. How GDPR protects you
The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you specific rights over your personal data. This page explains each right in plain language and how to exercise it when Dialoom processes your data as the controller (Fremmenn Dynamics, S.L., CIF B75342105, Avda. Catedral, Núm. 6, Planta 1, 08002 Barcelona, Spain).
2. Your rights in detail
Right of access (Article 15)
You can ask us whether we process your data and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold, together with information on the purposes, categories, recipients, retention periods, and safeguards applied to transfers.
Right to rectification (Article 16)
You may request that we correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete information. In many cases you can update your details directly in your Dialoom account.
Right to erasure (Article 17)
You can request deletion of your data when it is no longer needed, you withdraw consent, you successfully object to processing, or the data has been processed unlawfully. We may retain limited data where required to comply with legal obligations.
Right to restriction (Article 18)
You can ask us to restrict processing while we verify accuracy, assess an objection, or when you need data retained for legal claims. Restricted data will only be processed with your consent or for legal reasons.
Right to portability (Article 20)
For data you provided to us and that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or contract, you can request a structured, commonly used, machine-readable copy or ask us to transmit it directly to another controller when technically feasible.
Right to object (Article 21)
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests or the processing is necessary for legal claims. You can always object to direct marketing, and we will stop sending marketing communications immediately.
Rights related to consent (Article 7)
When we rely on your consent (for example, optional cookies or marketing emails), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Right not to be subject to automated decisions (Article 22)
Dialoom does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. If this ever changes, we will notify you and explain your rights to obtain human intervention and contest the decision.
3. How to submit a request
To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using one of the following methods:
- Email: privacy@dialoom.com
- Postal mail: Fremmenn Dynamics, S.L., Avda. Catedral, Núm. 6, Planta 1, 08002 Barcelona, Spain. Please include “Data Protection Request” on the envelope.
Provide your name, contact details, the right you wish to exercise, and any relevant reference (such as booking number). We may ask for proof of identity to protect your privacy.
4. Response time and fees
We respond to requests within one month of receipt. The period may be extended by up to two additional months for complex or numerous requests. If an extension is necessary, we will inform you within the initial month. Requests are free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive; in such cases we may refuse the request or charge a reasonable administrative fee.
5. Complaints to supervisory authorities
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. Further information is available at https://www.aepd.es.
