Verified Identities
All hosts are ID-verified through our secure verification process. You know who you're meeting.
Public Locations
Meetings take place in safe, public spaces like cafes, restaurants, or parks. Never in private locations.
Payment Protection
Your money is held securely until the meeting is confirmed by both parties. No show? Get a full refund.
QR Verification
Both parties must scan QR codes to confirm attendance. This creates a verifiable record of the meeting.

Dialoom’s cancellation policy
Dialoom sets it, and it is the same for every booking with every host:
- • More than 24h before: Cancel free — you get everything back
- • Less than 24h before: You get 50% back
Remember: If it is the host who does not show up, you get everything back.
